Uses:

It is used as the vulcanizing active agent of natural rubber, synthetic rubber (except butyl rubber) and latex, and also used as the raw material of plasticizer and stabilizer. It is also used as raw material for plasticizers and stabilizers in plastics. It is used in medicine to formulate ointment, suppository, etc. It is also used in the manufacture of cosmetics, candles, waterproofing agents, polishing agents and so on.
